Nipissing's Post-Baccalaureate Diplomas are two year programs intended for students with a degree outside of business. They enable students to take the knowledge they've learned in other fields and apply it to the business field. In the first year students will take core courses to introduce them to business as a whole, before diving into a more specific area. In the Human Resource Management Diploma, students will take courses in: Change Management and Innovation Leadership Human Resource Management And will have the opportunity to choose courses from their area of interest, including: Recruitment and Selection Industrial Relations Compensation and Rewards Occupational Health and Safety Human Resources Planning Training and Development
